Saunas, Spring Break, and a New Tip for Your Substack (or Life in General)
Let’s talk about what’s hot this week.
Did you see Substack featured in Vogue? Yes, writing is in style now!! From Vogue:
To escape the algorithm, fashion enthusiasts are turning to Substack. The platform provides a safe haven for trusted recommendations, increasingly elusive on Google and social media apps.
Yes, I read everything. I’m often asked if I am always on my phone. The truth is, I use it far more than I'd like. It’s part of my job, and separating from it is challenging. But here’s a confession: saunas are my sanctuary, a phone-free zone I crave. I dream of having one at home. Manifestation time! I aim for at least two or three sauna sessions weekly, each lasting a minimum of 20 minutes. At the risk of sounding like Huberman (who isn’t too popular right now), I’ve delved into the research on sauna benefits and have come to cherish these moments as a daily respite.
What else is hot?
Today, I’ll share a tip on creating graphics for your Substack easily. But first, does anyone want to see what I packed for my trip? Just my mom? Okay, cool. I’ll link those for her here… (thanks, Mom!)
